Launchproject Client Acquisition Program

Launchproject Development

Exclusive Client Acquisition Program

Effective: March 24th, 2026

1. Purpose of the Program

At LaunchProject, the Client Acquisition Program exists to strategically expand our network, secure high-quality commissions, and establish long-term professional partnerships within the development community.

Acquisition Specialists are not sales representatives. They are relationship builders, brand ambassadors, and the first point of contact for all potential clients.

This document outlines how client acquisition is conducted, including communication standards, qualification procedures, documentation requirements, and client transition protocols.

2. Standard of Representation

Every interaction reflects directly on LaunchProject. As a result, all Acquisition Specialists are expected to operate with professionalism, ethical judgment, discretion, and accountability.

All communication must respect client autonomy. At no point should a specialist pressure, spam, or misrepresent services.

LaunchProject is positioned as a professional development partner, and this standard must be maintained consistently.

3. Professional Conduct Expectations

Communication

All outreach must be clear, respectful, direct, and intentional. Messages must be tailored to the individual and their project.

Generic or copy-based messaging is not permitted. Each interaction should reflect proper research and a deliberate selection process.

Confidentiality

All client information must remain internal. This includes usernames, project concepts, budgets, conversations, and any related materials.

Sharing client information outside authorized LaunchProject systems is strictly prohibited.

Knowledge & Awareness

Acquisition Specialists are expected to maintain a working understanding of LaunchProject services and current Roblox development trends.

All services must be represented accurately. If uncertainty exists regarding compatibility or scope, management must be consulted before proceeding.

4. Core Responsibilities

4.1 Prospect Research

Acquisition Specialists are responsible for identifying developers, studios, and project owners who meet LaunchProject standards.

All prospects must meet a minimum budget threshold of $50 USD or 10,000 Robux, require services aligned with our capabilities, and demonstrate clear project intent.

Prospecting may take place across Discord communities, Roblox development servers, LinkedIn, and other relevant industry environments.

Research is required prior to all outreach.

4.2 Qualification

Before initiating contact, specialists must verify that the project aligns with LaunchProject services, the budget meets minimum requirements, the client has not been contacted within the past 30 days, and the client is not designated as “DO NOT CONTACT.”

Failure to complete this verification process may result in disciplinary action.

4.3 Initial Outreach

Initial communication must introduce LaunchProject naturally while expressing genuine interest in the client’s project.

Messaging must avoid scripted language and aggressive sales behavior. The objective is to begin a conversation rather than secure an immediate commitment.

A minimum of three portfolio examples must be included when presenting services.

4.4 Conversation Handling

If a client expresses interest, communication must remain structured, with clear next steps and professional engagement.

If a client declines, the response must be respected and the interaction concluded professionally.

If no response is received, a follow-up should be sent after 24 hours, followed by a second attempt after 7 days. After three total attempts, the prospect should be marked as unresponsive and documented.

5. Client Transition Process

Once a client confirms interest, they must be directed to the official LaunchProject server:

discord.gg/launchproject

The client should be instructed to open a development ticket, and all relevant information must be logged internally.

Prior to transfer, specialists must document the project description, budget expectations, communication preferences, and any special considerations.

The transition must be seamless, ensuring the client does not need to repeat previously provided information.

6. Documentation & Tracking

All outreach activity must be accurately recorded.

Each entry must include the client’s username, platform, date of contact, response status, and follow-up attempts.

Weekly logs must be completed upon finishing assigned responsibilities.

This documentation allows LaunchProject Administration to track response rates, platform performance, commission sources, and specialist activity.

Failure to log activity will result in the work not being counted.

7. Community Engagement

LaunchProject operates within the Roblox development ecosystem. Specialists are expected to remain active in relevant communities, stay informed on industry trends, and build professional connections.

All external community rules must be respected. Self-promotional spam is not permitted.

Consistent and professional visibility contributes to long-term credibility.

8. Compensation Structure

Compensation is based on documented activity and successful client acquisition.

Client logs are compensated at 50 Robux per approved entry. Reach-out logs are compensated at 10 Robux per completed entry.

Referral commissions are set at 5 percent of the total project value. 25 percent of the payout is issued upon deposit, with the remaining 75 percent issued upon final payment completion.

Performance bonuses are awarded on both a weekly and monthly basis. Weekly bonuses of 250 Robux are granted to the highest outreach performer. Monthly bonuses of 500 Robux are awarded based on overall activity or total reach-outs.

9. Inactivity Policy

All inactivity must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, including a valid reason and expected duration.

Approval is dependent on operational requirements.

Unannounced inactivity may result in removal from the program.

10. Final Statement

LaunchProject growth is driven by strategic outreach and strong professional relationships.

As an Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the first impression, the initial interaction, and the foundation of every client partnership.

Professional conduct, accurate documentation, and consistent execution are required at all times.

This system is intentional, and your role is a direct part of that growth.
